We would ask that you are patient & understanding of our couriers as they work incredibly hard to meet the demands of the backlog of the busy festive period aswell as dealing with the impact of the Corona virus. We usually say that our delivery aim is 5 working days & we are aware that parcels are understandably taking longer to be delivered.
We charge a standard flat fee of £3.95 for postage & packaging to keep the costs as low as possible for you. If your order is urgent & requires faster delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order at email@example.com with details of your order & we will be happy to obtain alternative quotes for you.
We aim to despatch stocked items within 5-7 working days, however, there may be a delay if your item is not in stock. If an item on your order is out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date. Please note for made to measure nets and voiles you will need to allow upto 10 days for the alterations to be made.
The address you gave when you first registered your Connollys Homestyle account online is your invoice address or known as the card holder address.
Delivery to a UK mainland address is free on orders above £75.00 (under 1.5m in length), below this amount £3.95 is charged.
Delivery to Scotland, the Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel islands (under 1.5m in length), is £9.95.
Delivery charges are set by the transport companies.
All orders will be delivered between 8am-5-30pm Monday to Friday by a National Carrier/Royal Mail and therefore will require a signature, so please ensure that you request a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the order. In the event that you are not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left. You can then either wait for the second delivery attempt or telephone the courier number to make arrangements for redelivery or to collect from their local depot at a convenient time.
If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, your order will be held at a local depot for 5 working days, after which your order will be returned to our warehouse. You may then request the order to be re-delivered at an extra delivery cost or cancel your order in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of cancellation.
We can deliver to an alternative address such as your work place or a family members address but this must be stipulated at the time of ordering as once an order has been despatched any changes to addresses will incur an additional charge.
Please be advised that Connollys Homestyle are not responsible for any parcels that are stolen or go missing as a result of the delivery instructions that are provided at checkout & left for our courier.
Orders outside the United Kingdom (including the Republic of Ireland) will incur extra shipping charges, these are calculated by size, weight and destination therefore each product and destination will have a varying shipping charge.
If you live outside the UK but would still like to place an order, then please contact us preferably by email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your delivery address and the products and quantity you would like to purchase. We will then get back to you as soon as possible to inform you of the exact shipping costs prior to placing your order. We will then forward a link for your unique shipping costs to be added to your order.
Please note, the payment of any duties/charges arising out of obtaining customs clearance “Customs Charges” in respect of your package, incurred by the carrier on your behalf or charged directly to you by the relevant customs authority is the recipient’s responsibility.
If you would like to collect your order from our York store, simply select the collect in store option at checkout. Once your goods have been picked & packed we will contact you via email or phone to let you know your order to ready for you to pick up. Please bring a form of ID (bank card, drivers license or passport) and a copy of your order either printed out or on your smart phone. Please note that due to covid 19 collect in store won't be available daily, so please don't arrive to collect your order without us contacting you first to arrange a suitable time & day.
